After being ressurected, this blog will embrace a new purpose: to serve as a sort of dumpster for my many attempts to find a proper form to express thoughts related to my research into various criminal law things, both national and international. There will be a lot more philosophy (of hardly any quality) in it than the common legal scholar can bear, but hey, I'm hardly a legal scholar. And no more Continental bullshit. Derrida, Foucault, Agamben, whatnot, there's no use for your kind in this field. Also, pure Teutonic power. Hardly any legal scholarship from over the pond will find appreciation here, except those texts which cover issues of interest for us. That means I'm basically left with the Germans and their close friends, the Spaniards. Also, no Romanian legal theory, unless it's on par with what the homeboys in Cluj use to spit.
